Required Documents:
Download the standard contract in MS Word format, in Bulgarian (115 kb) and English (133 kb). Just the person who signed the contract has the rights to drive the car.

• For renting a car You have to sign a contract
• Valid Identity Document (Identity Card for Bulgarians / International Passport for Foreigners)
• Valid Drivers License (minimum 2 years practice)

Delivery and Acceptance of the vehicle

• Transfer of the cars to Sofia Airport - 10 EUR; also transfer of car to other airports in major cities in Bulgaria or returning them back — 40 EUR
• For regular customers free delivery in Bulgaria when there is reservation for rent for 7 days.
• In another town in Bulgaria - 0.20 Euro/km.
• The car will be delivered to the customer with full tank and should be returned to the company as it was delivered. In case there is a missing fuel when You return the car, You will be charged as per the actual prices of the fuel for the day.
• Late return of the car will be charged with 5 Euro for each hour.
• Late return more than 5 hours will be charged as a 24 hour rent.
• In case the car is not returned to the company within 24 hours after the contract has expired and without notice from Your side will be accepted as a theft and the LESSOR is obliged to inform the authorities in order to keep his rights on this contract.

Payment and Prices:

• The payment will be done in Bulgarian Leva (BGN/BGL) in cash or trough bank transfer.
• The daily rate is separated on a 24 hours base starting from the hour of the rent. In case of delay the LESSOR has the rights to apply the conditions of the previous point.
• The rent price includes: unlimited mileage, maintenance, Third Party Liability, full car insurance and road taxes for Bulgaria.
• According to the car class You would like to rent You have to pay a deposit which will be returned to You in case there are no damages on the car.
• The company will make discounts for regular customers and time limits on negotiation.

Insurance:

• The rent price includes: unlimited mileage, maintenance, Third Party Liability, full car insurance and road taxes for Bulgaria.
• In case of damage, loss or theft the responsibility will be on behalf of the LESSOR in all cases with exception of: driving the car under the influence of alcohol, medications or drugs; Intentional negligence; Damage on the tires not caused by fire or accident; Damage on the lower surface of the car; Not presented written statement from the authorities in case of damage caused in a car accident.

Hiring a driver:

• The cars could be rented with a driver in Sofia; this service is 18 EUR for a working day period + the expenses for food.
• The expenses for hiring a driver for out of Sofia for more than 1 day will be on behalf of the Renter + the expenses for food and accommodation.
